Sometimes when i am using my iphone, four icons randomly popup on the screen and they only go away when i restart the phone. What is this and how can i stop it from doing that. I have a JB iPhone 4 4.3.1

Pretty awful thing to do - it's like when people leave their dogs in the car on a hot day - even with the windows rolled down they can still die from the heat sadly. Luckily from the looks of it here the baby wasn't left that long to cause that much harm, but it could've been worse. That guy deserves to be arrested imo.

This is really funny. Hello, I would like to introduce myself. I'm the infamous seller! :) How are you guys. It's funny that most people here are laughing about the stupidity of others like myself.
But anyway, this is in no way illegal. I would know, being a student of law. In addition, eBay AND PayPal have sided with me on this matter MULTIPLE times. The only time PayPal sided with the buyer was when they claimed they never got it and I had no shipping proof. The item is accurately described, end of story. Stop crying about it and be more responsible.
Just an ending note, I've made over $2,000 doing this before and used it to buy two amazing Les Pauls. ;)

The definition of fraud is: To make someone else believe something that is not true, and to make them hand over their property because of this wrong believe. You made someone believe that they were bidding for an iPhone and to hand over money, when this was not true. Fraud.
Which means if anyone follows through with criminal action against you, your dream of ever being a lawyer is over. Good strategy giving up a lucrative career for $2,000 in scammed monies.

Specifically mention how video resources can easily be composed with OSX Server's Podcast Producer and served to mac's iPhones/iPad.
Another aspect ... no NEED to purchase different PDF volume licenses for Adobe Pro/Standard 9/10 for simple editing [I'm unsure if Preview can edit Tables/create them].
MS Office is now properly available for OSX and is up to par with 2010 for Windows: including ability to import, edit and add-on to PST files. This will be an important mention.
* Key point. Mention a server based email anti-virus license solution - for outbound emails, or FTP/Sharepoint sites that have files uploaded to Windows users that your company/employees communicate with.
* MS Office Communicator [OCS] is now available and COMPLETELY compatible for Mac - part of Office 2011 as I'm ALREADY doing this without need for a VPN connection [using OWA settings] with corporation contacts in OCS.
* more standardized ordering of hardware makes support MUCH MUCH easier. Having a high level apple certification for both hardware/server - makes your argument THAT MUCH more sound and heard in a more official and presentable voice.
* Mention how Open Directory supports Active Directory infrastructure - again certification and a direct line of specific Apple support in this respect WILL be crucial and helpful.

They're idiots. Caught up in the "coolness" hype. Nothing more. And I don't consider weekend wedding photogs to be pros. I guarantee that any full time pro who needs to put food on the table does not depend on, much less condone the iPad to earn his/her keep.

That seems reasonable to me. Photoshop is so huge and widespread that 1% of its use is a big number, big enough to encourage Adobe to develop an iPad app.

And if said lab is out of reach then bring the lab with you in the form of something with more computing muscle�.

No problem :) Not sure if the Michael Jackson one will look the greatest considering that the music video that the shot was taken from was filmed in the late 80s but it should still look fine.

So if you opt out: WHY do they still need your full name, address, email, .... etc information. If I tell them I don't want any of their advertisement or from their partners than I don't. I can see that they ask for the zip code or similar information to see in which areas they do good or not - but they should not get my full address, email or phone number.
Legally, if you make any kind of contract, you have to identify yourself. When you do a business in person (eg, buying a hotdog) being there physically is enough, for non-personal contracts you need to identify yourself (which can be done via a creditcard, as the creditcard itself has an address to it) via an address.
Demanding an e-mail or a phone number is there to facilitate things for the business partner, they have business operations in place which might rely on sending out invoices via e-mail. But legally, you probably could make a fuss and claiming you do not have an e-mail address or even a telephone.

I'll probably get one, I'm so sick of my dumb phone and tired of seeing the wife with her iP4. It'll just put me in line for the iP6 upgrade path, don't know if I would even use the extra HP with the iP5. Plus, I would think you would be able to sell a genuine white iP4 on ebay and get a good chunk.

I just DL'd the demo for Earth Worm Jim and it is awesome. I just wanted to give people a heads up that this was released in case anyone loved this game years ago. It has 4 player co-op but I'm not sure how it works.

A great keynote introducing a revolutionary new design and interface which for me was far more exciting than the iPhone itself. I can already see the next iPod generation taking a similair design and interface but without the phone and price tag. So kudos to Apple... they did it again.
