SANDISK COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF PLIANT TECHNOLOGY

SanDisk Corporation (NASDAQ:SNDK), a global leader in flash memory storage solutions, announced it has completed its acquisition of Pliant Technology, Inc., a leading developer of enterprise solid state drives (SSD). With the completion of the transaction, Pliant Technology becomes SanDisk's Enterprise Storage Solutions business.
